Returns must be requested within 14 days of the product’s arrival to you. All returns must be sent with postage pre-paid at your expense. All returned non-defective merchandise must be in original purchase condition including the original packaging, and all contents. A credit will be issued for the benefit of your account upon approval of the returned merchandise. However we will not issue a credit for the shipping charges or any unpaid merchandise. We will not issue a credit for returned merchandise damaged during shipment. We do not issue call tags for non-defective returns. Here are some more details on returns.
BuzzedBeans may honor returns/refunds if the following issues arise:
- Our BuzzedBeans customer receives any coffee/tea or any product that we sell on our site, other than what the customer ordered.
- Our BuzzedBeans customer receives any grind of coffee other than what the customer ordered.
- Our BuzzedBeans customer receives someone else’s coffee/tea, or any other product that we sell on our site.
- Our BuzzedBeans customer receives product that was damaged during the shipment of the product.
BuzzedBeans may not honor returns/refunds if the following issues arise:
- Our BuzzedBeans customer receives a coffee/tea or product that they did not like.
- Our BuzzedBeans customer states that the coffee/tea was “not what they expected” or “not what they are used to from another company”.
- Our BuzzedBeans customer receives
- Extenuating circumstances including fraud.
We have implemented a flat rate shipping of all coffee and tea weighing under 20lbs of $5.00 per order when shipping within the continental U.S. Any package weighing 20lbs or more please contact us as shipping will more than liking ship via FedEx at list price.
We will replace and reship any items that are damaged in the shipping process from our warehouse to you. We reserve the right to have a third party to contact you in the event of a damage claim if it is necessary to fully process the claim.
